Dev’s Delicious Organic Chocolate Chip Cookies:::

What you need:

  • 1 Cup Organic Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1 Cup Ground Organic Oats ***tastes great with or without oats***
  • 1/2 Cup Ground Organic Flaxseed
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Cup Fridge Temp Organic Zucchini steamed and pureed (with skin)
  • 4-5 Tablespoons Trans-Free Margarine or Soy Butter
  • 1 Cup Organic Dark Brown Sugar
  • 2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 8 Ounces Organic Dark Chocolate Chips
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Organic Walnuts
  • 1 Organic Egg White

Let’s get started!

  1. Pre-heat over to 350 F. Coat baking sheets with cooking spray.
  2. Combine dry ingredients in bowl and mix
  3. In a another bowl beat the sugar, margarine. Add the zucchini puree, egg white, dark chocolate, walnuts, and vanilla. Add the dry ingredients and stir to combine all.
  4. Use a ice cream scooper to create cookie balls and leave about 1 inch in between. Bake Cookies for 20-25 minutes. Cool cookies before eating and enjoy!
